Women’s self defense with Ann Kneib, 2022 Black Belt Masters Jiu Jitsu World Champion (listen with the whole family)
Hey Cryptkeepers, tonight we chat with Ann Kneib, the 2022 Black Belt Masters' World Champion.
"I found my passion in teaching Jiu Jitsu, specifically women's BJJ and self defense. My goal is to bring awareness to the need for women to learn self defense and to provide opportunities for them to do so."
"Learning self defense benefits our minds and souls, along with our bodies. It gives us the confidence to walk a little taller, be more independent, and believe in ourselves and our abilities. Now it needs to become more widely recognized and accessible to women and girls across the globe. I aim to make women's jiu jitsu more prevalent and to garner widespread support for the sport/art."
"I am available for group self defense seminars, private lessons, self defense demonstrations, and speaking engagements regarding empowering women through fundamental techniques of Jiu Jitsu. I am also looking for corporate partners to help me lead an initiative to make learning self defense more accessible. Investing in self defense is investing in everyone's future."
You don't want to miss out on her insight and message, so this is an ad free episode.
We all have daughters, sisters, moms, and friends that can benefit from learning BJJ.
Gracie Humaita is packed with positive role models for our kids, my 14 year old daughter takes 3-4 of Ann's classes a week and can't get enough. If you're in the St. Louis area, Gracie Humaita St. Louis is the place to be for BJJ. Have a nice roll.
