Meditations
We've talked about lucid dreams and the power of the mind. Tonight, I'm going to help you harness the power of your mind. I've included 2 short guided meditations. The first is a meditation to seek knowledge. The second is for rapid relaxation. You can do both in just over 10 minutes. Turn the lights off, put the headphones in, and follow the sound of my voice. Meditations help to relieve stress, focus, and ground the mind, it's easier than you think. You won't be sorry. Thanks for listening.
